GOT FLOWER BOMBED @ PARLOUR X BY VIKTOR & ROLF
What a gorgeous location for a celebration of fashion, fragrance and elegance.

Christine Burke hosted a cocktail party at the luxury brand house Parlour X by Eva Galambos, for the gorgeous dutch duo Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, who founded Viktor & Rolfin 1992. Bridging the label between couture and art. They have both dreamt of creating a scent that would make the world a better place and their wish certainly came true.
The beautiful store was filled with roses, Pommery Champagne and known faces scattered amongst guests listening to DJ cassette. The guests included the beautiful Jessica Mauboy, who after now meeting, have decided she’s my favourite Australian icon – so down to earth with a light that shines brightly from within.
The scent is beautiful and beautifully described here:
Viktor and Rolf wanted to create a truly contemporary, abstract floral bouquet full of references that would convey both their classicism and their exuberance. Moreover, it was very important to them to design a true “classic” that would reflect the clothes they make. After experimenting with hundreds of combinations of scents, they succeeded in creating a bouquet of addictive floral notes that is authentically unique. The bouquet opens with top notes of bergamot that mingles with the soft fragrance of Sambac jasmine, a flower with a hint of orange blossom, followed by notes of Catleya orchid, freesia and Centifolia rose. A discreet but lively touch of Patchouli underlies this intensely floral fragrance.
A big thank you and congratulations to Christine Burke, Kelly Fallarmytage, Natasha Bridges and the rest of the team for a beautiful event.
